My First MPB Today Commission And How I Got It

Here is the short story of exactly how I earned my very first MPB Today commission.

This commission, and all MPB Todaycommissions are $500.  This is composed of $300 cash, and a $200 Walmart Gift Card.

It is important to note that at the time of receiving my first commission I had not done any marketing whatsoever, no videos, no articles, no PPC, no forum posts, no social network posting… nothing.

From my sign-up date to the date of my first commission was about three weeks.

What did I do?

Nothing.

That’s right… nothing.

Now, during this time I was gradually putting together this MPB Today Review blog, but I had not yet released it to be found by search engines and it was not complete.

In 13 years since beginning network marketing I have never before received a commission check without sponsoring a single person.

The is the 2nd of two “firsts” that I have experienced since I began network marketing entirely on the internet over a year ago.

The other “first” was with my Infinity Downline business, where I was getting people joining my downline whom I had never met, never spoken to, and had no idea who they were.  In the previous 11 years of off-line network marketing I had never seen this before.  It is quite and astounding thing, and continues to occur on a regular basis thanks to the systems I have in place.

But this thing of getting paid for sponsoring nobody, well, that is even better in my book.

How did this happen?

Simple.

Just a result of the MPB Today compensation plan.

We earn as a team, based on “cycling” off a “board” or “matrix”.

It does not matter who is putting new members into the matrix, it will continue to cycle and so will the other members regardless of where the new members are coming from.

Now, usually I am the one that is putting most of the people into the game in such a situation, however in this case it just happened that I had not yet begun marketing.

I “cycled” as a result of nothing more than my sponsor and other team members above me putting new members in.

That is it.

This is the first time in 13 years I have made money from “spill-over”.

THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDED MARKETING STRATEGY.  I point this out only as a mere interesting phenomenon.

But that was the deal.

No marketing, no nothing.  Just joined, and three weeks later I had $500.

Beat that one!  Ha ha!
